| This is a remodeling of a
parking structure for 16 town homes built in 1937 in the Hollywood/Franklin
area of Los Angeles Ca. The structures were so old they were
in danger of falling down, so the owner contracted us to demo
the structures and enlarge the parking area to increase the
amount of parking space for tenants.
Also – we were contracted to install
new electrical switch gear for all 16 units, which included
two 400 amp switch gears and sixteen sub-panels.
