| This is a complete home remodel
in Woodland hills Ca. with a 700 sq. ft. addition. We completely
gutted the interior of this home, added a new kitchen, and
enlarged the master bedroom with master bathroom. In the kitchen
and master bathroom we designed custom skylights to bring
light into the shower area of the bathroom, and also to bring
light into the kitchen area. (Kitchen cabinets and were countertops
were completely done by the homeowner.)
We added Spanish-style archways and hardwood
floors throughout the house. We added a 5 ton central air
and heating unit; new 200 amp panel box with a 125 amp interior
sub-panel. Roof was shingled with 35 year asphalt composition.
